Unresponsive Mousepad & USB Mouse & Only 2-3x Hotkeys Work

Info
- As said I can't use MousePad or USB Mouse
- And only Ctrl+Alt+Del [Task Manager] & Alt+Tab [Swap Window/UI] Work
- The mouse flickers with PrintScreen

You can probably use the keyboard-mouse. Left Alt + arrow keys to move the mouse pointer and Alt + space to click.
